Digital Wallet Solutions: User Entry Point and Asset Control Center
Magicsoft helps clients build wallet products with security, scalability, and user growth capabilities, ensuring users are firmly retained in your ecosystem from the moment they enter the platform.
In the Web3 world, the first point of interaction between users and blockchain is often the wallet. It is not only a tool for storing private keys and assets but also the starting point for user identity, data, social relationships, and all on-chain behaviors. An excellent wallet product can determine how much assets users are willing to deposit, how frequently they use it, and how loyal they are to the platform.
Magicsoft's digital wallet solutions, from underlying security to upper-layer application experience, build a super entry point for you that can attract users, retain assets, and continuously expand the ecosystem.

I. Overall Solution Architecture
Magicsoft digital wallet solutions adopt a "Entry Layer → Asset Layer → Security Layer → Ecosystem Layer" four-layer architecture, forming a complete closed loop from user login to asset appreciation to ecosystem interaction:
| Layer | Core Functions | Key Modules | Business Objectives |
|---|---|---|---|
| Entry Layer | User's first contact and identity creation | Multi-chain account generation, social login, fiat on-ramp | Lower entry barriers, rapid user acquisition |
| Asset Layer | Unified multi-chain asset management | Asset aggregation, cross-chain bridges, market display | Enable users to deposit all assets in the wallet |
| Security Layer | Ensure private key and fund security | MPC, multi-signature, hardware support, risk control | Build user trust, dare to store large amounts |
| Ecosystem Layer | Connect Web3 applications | DApp browser, DeFi/NFT aggregation, payments | Increase usage frequency, form ecosystem closed loop |
II. Core Product System (Building Wallet Capabilities)
1. Multi-Chain Wallet System (Basic Entry)
The multi-chain wallet system is the cornerstone of the entire wallet product, allowing users to manage assets on multiple blockchains within a single application.
Unified Management of Mainstream Public Chain Assets: Our wallet supports 30+ mainstream public chains including Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, Solana, Avalanche, TRON, as well as all EVM-compatible chains. Once a user adds a chain, all tokens and NFTs on that chain are automatically recognized.
Multi-Account and Multi-Address Management: Users can create multiple independent accounts or generate multiple receiving addresses under the same account. HD wallets (Hierarchical Deterministic wallets) are also supported, where one seed can derive unlimited addresses.
Real-Time Asset Display and Management: Provides a clear asset overview interface, displaying token balances, USD valuations, and 24-hour changes by chain. Supports one-click hiding of small balances, adding custom tokens, and viewing transaction history.
Cross-Chain Asset Integration: Through built-in cross-chain bridges or aggregation protocols, users can exchange assets from one chain to another. The system automatically calculates cross-chain Gas fees and recommends optimal paths.
| Technical Highlights | Description |
|---|---|
| Hybrid Mode | Light node + third-party RPC hybrid mode, reducing mobile device resource usage |
| Asset Discovery | Automatically scan all held tokens under addresses (including airdrops) |
| Batch Transactions | Support one signature to complete multiple on-chain operations |

| User Retention | Low | High (the more assets, the harder to leave) |
2. Custodial/Non-Custodial Wallet (Dual-Mode System)
Different users have different needs for security and convenience. We provide a dual-mode wallet system, allowing users to choose freely.
Custodial Wallet (Platform-Managed): Private keys are managed by the platform server, and users can log in using phone number, email, or social accounts. Suitable for novice users, small assets, and scenarios requiring quick onboarding.
Non-Custodial Wallet (User-Self-Custody): Private keys are entirely controlled by users, stored on local devices (or hardware wallets), and the platform cannot access user assets. Users must back up their recovery phrases themselves; once lost, they cannot be recovered. Suitable for advanced users, large assets, and privacy-conscious groups.
Flexible Switching and Combined Usage: Users can have both custodial and non-custodial accounts within the same app, with instant fund transfers between them.
| Technical Highlights | Description |
|---|---|
| HSM Storage | Custodial wallets use Hardware Security Modules to store private keys |
| Biometric Authentication | Non-custodial wallets support encrypted local storage of recovery phrases and biometric unlocking |
| Unified Experience | Dual-mode accounts share address books and transaction records |
| Core Value | Description |
|---|---|
| Can serve both novice users and cover professional users | One wallet covers all user segments |
| Dimension | Custodial Wallet | Non-Custodial Wallet | Magicsoft Dual-Mode |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private Key Control | Platform | User | User can choose |
| Login Method | Phone/Email/Social | Recovery phrase/private key | Both available |
| Asset Recovery | Can be recovered | Permanently lost if recovery phrase is lost | Custodial accounts can be recovered |
| Security | Depends on platform security | User's own responsibility | Each gets what they need |
| Target Users | Novice, small asset users | Advanced, large asset users | Everyone |
3. Multi-Signature and MPC Wallet (Security Core)
For institutional users, DAO treasuries, or high-net-worth individuals, single-point private key risk is unacceptable. We provide multi-signature wallets and MPC wallets.
Multi-Signature Mechanism: When creating a wallet, M-of-N signers must be set (for example, 2 out of 3 signers must agree for a transfer to proceed). Each transaction requires collecting enough signatures before being broadcast.
MPC (Multi-Party Computation): Private keys are split into multiple fragments, stored on different devices or servers. During signing, each fragment computes separately, and the final complete signature is synthesized. However, no single fragment can restore the private key. MPC is more flexible than multi-signature and has lower Gas fees.
Fragmented Private Key Storage: Even if an attacker obtains one fragment, they cannot access the assets. Dynamic refreshing and recovery of fragments are also supported.
Single-Point Risk Prevention: Eliminates the risk of "one person obtaining the private key and transferring all assets." Combined with time locks (delayed execution), even approved authorizations can be cancelled within a certain time period.
| Technical Highlights | Description |
|---|---|
| Customizable Thresholds | Support customizable signature thresholds (2/3, 3/5, 5/7, etc.) |
| Fast Signing | MPC signing is fast, with experience close to regular wallets |
| HSM Integration | Provides Hardware Security Module integration, highest security level |
| Core Value | Description |
|---|---|
| Resolves "security anxiety," key to whether users dare to store assets | Without multi-signature or MPC, large clients and institutions will not use your wallet |
| Dimension | Multi-Signature Wallet | MPC Wallet |
|---|---|---|
| On-Chain Interaction | Each transaction requires multiple addresses to sign separately | Single transaction, only one signature on chain |
| Gas Fees | Higher | Low |
| Private Key Storage | Each signer keeps their own private key | Fragmented storage, no complete private key |
| Signing Experience | Waiting for others to sign | Real-time, automatically coordinated |
| Use Cases | DAO, team treasury | Institutions, high-net-worth individuals |
4. Asset Interaction and dApp Access (Ecosystem Connector)
A wallet cannot be just a "safe"; it must be the gateway for users to the entire Web3 world.
One-Click dApp Connection: Through WalletConnect or direct Ethereum provider injection, users can open any Web3 application within the wallet, automatically connecting to the current wallet account.
Support for DeFi/NFT/GameFi Interaction: Integrate common DeFi operations (swap, deposit, lending), NFT display and trading, and game asset viewing within the wallet.
Built-in Web3 Browser: Provides a decentralized browser that can access .eth domains and IPFS websites, while automatically blocking malicious websites and phishing links.
One-Stop On-Chain Operations: Support batch sending, contract calls, customizable Gas fees, and transaction simulation. Users can even participate in project whitelists and claim airdrops directly within the wallet.
| Technical Highlights | Description |
|---|---|
| Smart Routing | Automatically select optimal DEX for token swaps, saving slippage and Gas |
| Risk Alerts | Analyze contract security before signing, warn users of potential authorization risks |
| Cloud Backup | Transaction records synchronized across devices for easy auditing |

III. Core Selling Points (Key Sales Points)
1. Not a Wallet, But a "User Entry Controller"
The wallet determines where users enter Web3, where assets are stored, and where operations occur. Whoever controls the wallet controls the user. When you have a widely-used wallet, you can recommend your other products to users (exchanges, DeFi, NFT marketplaces), achieving cross-selling. The wallet is the "Super App" in the Web3 world.
2. Asset Retention Capability (Core Value)
Once users deposit assets into the wallet, they will stay in your ecosystem for the long term. Because migrating wallets means re-backing up recovery phrases, re-connecting all DApps, re-authorizing... the cost is extremely high.
Asset retention is the most core moat for all Web3 platforms. The more assets retained in your wallet, the harder it is for users to leave you
3. Naturally High-Frequency Usage Product
Users open the wallet every day to view assets, transfer transactions, participate in DeFi/NFT. Compared to exchanges (only opened when trading), wallets have higher usage frequency and stronger user stickiness.
High-frequency usage means you can generate continuous revenue through in-wallet advertising, recommendations, and value-added services
4. Security System = Key to Closing Deals
Security is the decisive factor for whether users dare to deposit assets into the wallet. We provide multi-signature, MPC, HSM, biometric authentication, and other multi-layer protections, along with third-party security audits.
Security = Trust = User deposits. Without security, everything is empty talk
5. Scalable Ecosystem Capability
The wallet is not a static product; it can continuously stack modules such as DeFi, NFT, trading, and DAO, upgrading from a tool to an ecosystem platform. Each additional function increases user use cases and value.
IV. Value Delivered to Customers
Through the Magicsoft digital wallet solutions, you will obtain:
